HOW WE MEASURE OURSELVES
We measure success by how few tickets your team needs to open

THE EXPERIENCE
What your team experiences from day one
THE COST OF FRUSTRATING IT SUPPORT
What your team quietly puts up with when IT support is not working
Bad IT support accumulates quietly. A ticket that takes three days to get a response. A problem closed without being fixed. A technician who speaks only in jargon. Over time your team stops calling. They work around the problem. They spend twenty minutes rebooting and improvising before getting back to the work they were supposed to be doing.
The productivity cost of bad support is real and measurable — but it almost never shows up on a report because nobody is tracking it. A help desk that is genuinely fast, friendly, and effective signals that problems get solved and that your team can trust the technology around them.
HELP DESK SUPPORT ACROSS BREVARD COUNTY
Local IT support your team can actually reach — in minutes, not hours
Most managed IT help desks your team calls are not local. They are staffed by technicians who have never been to your office, do not know your environment, and are working from a script. When something unusual happens — and in any business, unusual things happen — that distance shows immediately.
Local knowledge and physical proximity are not marketing points. They are a material difference in how quickly problems get resolved and how much context the person helping you actually has.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions about managed IT help desk support
What is your typical response time for a help desk ticket?
Response times depend on priority level — critical issues get immediate response at any hour, high-priority issues within one to two hours during business hours, standard requests within four hours. We track actual response and resolution times and share the data in monthly reports and quarterly business reviews. If we are not meeting our targets, you will hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
How do our employees submit a support ticket?
We support multiple channels — phone for urgent issues, email or the ConnectWise client portal for non-urgent requests, and Teams integration for clients who live in Microsoft Teams. We set up whichever combination makes the most sense for how your team actually works during our onboarding process.
What happens after hours if something breaks?
All managed services clients have 24/7 emergency support with after-hours calls routed to an on-call technician — a real person, not a voicemail system. The on-call tech handles remote support immediately for most issues. For issues requiring on-site presence, we dispatch based on urgency and impact. We do not penalize clients for using after-hours support for genuine emergencies — that is what it is there for.
Do you support Macs as well as Windows computers?
Yes — we support both macOS and Windows environments, including mixed environments. Monitoring, patch management, and security tools work across both platforms. We also support mobile device management for iOS and Android through Microsoft Intune.
How do you handle onboarding a new employee or offboarding a departing one?
For onboarding, we provision the device, configure it to company standards, deploy required software, set up the user account in Microsoft 365 and other systems, and enroll in Intune — typically completing the full setup within one business day of receiving the request. For offboarding, we disable the user account immediately, revoke all access, preserve data per your retention policy, and wipe the device. We recommend submitting offboarding requests before the employee’s last day so access is revoked at the moment of departure.
