WHAT THE ASSESSMENT FINDS
What we typically find in a Brevard County SMB network
Most business owners request this assessment expecting to hear things are pretty much fine. Most are surprised. Not because their business is unusual — but because these gaps are nearly universal among SMBs that have never had a formal network review done.
None of these are unusual. All of them are fixable. The assessment tells you exactly where you stand so you can prioritize what to address first.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions about the free network assessment
Is the network assessment really free? What is the catch?
There is no catch. The assessment is genuinely free with no obligation to become a client. We offer it because we believe in letting the work speak for itself. If the findings show problems and you want help, we will talk about what that looks like. If your environment is in good shape, we will tell you that honestly. The report is yours to keep either way.
How long does the assessment take and is it disruptive?
The initial intake call takes 15 to 20 minutes. The RapidFire Tools scan runs quietly in the background — your team will not notice it and it does not interfere with operations. The scan completes within a few business days. The findings review call takes 30 to 45 minutes. Start to finish, most assessments complete within one to two weeks from the initial request.
What does the assessment report actually include?
The RapidFire Tools Network Detective report includes a full device inventory, open ports and exposed services, missing patches and outdated software, password policy analysis, wireless security review, and a prioritized findings list organized by severity. It is a detailed technical document with specific, actionable findings — not a vague summary. We walk you through it on the review call so you understand what each finding means and what to do about it.
Will you pressure us into becoming a client after the assessment?
No — and we take this seriously enough to say it explicitly. We will not use alarming language to manufacture urgency about findings that do not warrant it. We will give you an honest read, answer your questions, and let you decide what to do next on your own timeline. If that leads to a conversation about managed IT, great. If it does not, we are still glad you have the information.
Find out where your network and security really stand
It takes 30 minutes of your time. The findings could save you significantly more. No obligation.
